The Opportunity
As a key member of our analytical team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for HPLC operations and analytical method development. Your work will support process development, pilot-scale activities, and industrial scale-up efforts aimed at advancing sustainable depolymerization technologies.
This position combines hands-on laboratory work with scientific problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, providing significant visibility and impact within the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operation of HPLC instrumentation.
- Perform instrument calibration, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Design, improve, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
- Analyze complex samples generated from enzyme-based depolymerization processes.
- Interpret chromatographic data and investigate analytical deviations.
- Prepare samples from polymer, chemical, and industrial process streams.
- Maintain analytical documentation, SOPs, and quality control records.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers, production teams, and R&D scientists.
- Support pilot plant activities and industrial process development initiatives.
Requisitos mínimos
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Instrumental Chemistry.
- Extensive practical experience operating HPLC systems in industrial or high-throughput laboratory environments.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reproducibility.
