The Opportunity

As a key member of our analytical team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for HPLC operations and analytical method development. Your work will support process development, pilot-scale activities, and industrial scale-up efforts aimed at advancing sustainable depolymerization technologies.

This position combines hands-on laboratory work with scientific problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, providing significant visibility and impact within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operation of HPLC instrumentation.
• Perform instrument calibration, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Design, improve, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
• Analyze complex samples generated from enzyme-based depolymerization processes.
• Interpret chromatographic data and investigate analytical deviations.
• Prepare samples from polymer, chemical, and industrial process streams.
• Maintain analytical documentation, SOPs, and quality control records.
• Collaborate closely with process engineers, production teams, and R&D scientists.
• Support pilot plant activities and industrial process development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Instrumental Chemistry.
• Extensive practical experience operating HPLC systems in industrial or high-throughput laboratory environments.
• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reproducibility.

Technical Expertise

The successful candidate will possess strong experience in:

• HPLC operation, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Method development and analytical validation.
• Quantitative and trace-level chemical analysis.
